I’m Nick, founder of NBF A+D. With over 30 years in architecture, my passion lies at the intersection of architecture and industrial design—viewing architecture not just as a service, but as a product.

Having led and contributed to projects of all scales, both nationally and internationally, I’ve honed my expertise and now focus on what I truly love: creating practical, accessible designs with an emphasis on sustainability.

The pandemic and evolving economic shifts have inspired a rise in multi-generational and communal living, pushing us to rethink both urban and rural spaces. Our initial designs address these shifts, offering solutions that work in cities and beyond, with flexibility for income-producing rentals.
